You’ve put together your thoughts well. I agree that IIT/IIM tag should not take u to the 7th heaven. Trust me on this, I have seen much more success without any IIM tag. My passion was much more stronger than any IIM tag. Though I also did my eMBA from IIM C, but i still stick to my basics and the “respect” for everyone never goes away. Right from the security guard to the office boy to my boss to the Company CEO i respect all of them.
